Skies and clouds

The wonderful blue skies just before the sun set. The sun was blazing hot.
Then I couldn't help myself but to capture sun rays/spikes or whatever you call it. But this is what I got instead.

Nana @ Taman Tasik Permaisuri

Nana is one sweet girl. Met her when my blog buddy Fiq invited me to help shoot his aunt's engagement (Sue - refering to previous entry). We noticed that Nana was always posing for one of our photographer's camera whenever he wants to take shots of the family. So we randomly ask Fiq to bring Nana out for a shoot if she's willing.
And wah lah! Here goes the 1 hour shoot from 6.30-7.30pm. Yes, I know it's late. It was right after the engagement ceremony and Nana needs to head back south that night too.
All thanks to Fiq and Nana.

I was given a great opportunity by my blogger friend, Fiq (yes, that day was the first time I met him after 3 years of friendship) to capture his relative's engagement - Sue.

Finally! The Thean Hou temple pictures are up. Silly me, I thought I'm going to be needing a lot of post processing and I have not had time to look at any of my pictures. Yesterday, I finally managed to view them, and to my surprise (and also to my lowly standards), I feel that I need not have to do any post processing! Yeah! Except for the fact that I like having a frame around it. So, here comes the frame with the unedited pictures!

Le Tour de Langkawi 2009

Had fun running around KL by foot and train with the big shots to capture the Le Tour de Langkawi which ended on February 15. I didn't manage to salvage many pictures, but at least there's some for you to enjoy! Here goes!

KTMB Building & KL KTM Station
|
|
A visit to the two most renown buildings in Kuala Lumpur - the KTMB Building and across the road is the KL KTM Train Station. Both are in the list of KL Heritage Trail. Housed in the KL KTM Train Station is the Heritage Station Hotel which has been running for years and is still open to public.
The architecture of both buildings are very unique and well-kept. It is a walk down memory lane for those born before the 80s.
